I. Who Is Dimensiva?

DIMENSIVA is an online platform that provides downloadable 3D models through subscription based access.

II. Definitions

Dimensiva – the website www.dimensiva.com.

Dimensiva Content – all content available on the DIMENSIVA website.

Item – any 3D model, texture, material, or other digital asset available on DIMENSIVA.

Account – a registered user profile created with an email address and password.

Member – a registered user who has accepted these Terms and Conditions.

PRO Subscriber – a Member aged 18 years or older with an active paid subscription.

Privacy Policy – the policy explaining how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

License – the legal terms governing the permitted use of downloaded Items.

Browsing – accessing and viewing the DIMENSIVA website without downloading PRO content.

III. Membership And Eligibility

  1. Anyone interested in DIMENSIVA may create a free account using a valid email address.
  2. To purchase a PRO Subscription, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use DIMENSIVA through the account of a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for your use.
  3. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up to date information when creating your account and to maintain the accuracy of that information.
  4. Each subscription is personal and non transferable.

IV. Subscriptions And Payments

  1. Subscriptions may be purchased using supported payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  2. Payment processors or financial institutions may charge additional handling or currency conversion fees. DIMENSIVA has no control over such charges.
  3. Displayed prices include all applicable taxes, including VAT where required.
  4. If a recurring payment fails, DIMENSIVA may immediately suspend access to your subscription until payment has been successfully completed.
  5. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable License governing the use of downloaded Items.

V. Downloading And License

  1. Only registered Members may download Items.
  2. Downloading an Item does not transfer ownership. It grants only the rights described in the applicable License.
  3. License rights apply only to Items that have actually been downloaded during an active subscription.
  4. Subscribers benefit from account support, fraud protection, quality control, and related services provided by DIMENSIVA.

VI. Refunds And Cancellations

  1. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to downloadable content, all subscriptions are final and non refundable once access to PRO content has been granted, except where required by applicable law or where DIMENSIVA makes material changes to these Terms.

    By purchasing a subscription, you expressly acknowledge that:

    • access to digital content begins immediately after payment;
    • digital products cannot be returned after access has been granted;
    • subscriptions renew automatically unless automatic renewal is disabled;
    • automatic renewal can be disabled from Account → Invoices → Disable Auto Renew;
    • disabling automatic renewal only prevents future charges;
    • payments already processed remain final;
    • where permitted by applicable law, you waive any statutory withdrawal rights applicable to physical goods.
  2. DIMENSIVA does not provide refunds, credits, chargeback compensation, or partial reimbursements in situations including, but not limited to:
    • changing your mind after purchase;
    • accidental purchase;
    • forgetting to disable automatic renewal;
    • misunderstanding that the subscription renews automatically;
    • no longer needing the subscription;
    • using only part of the subscription period;
    • not downloading files during the subscription period;
    • software, plugin, render engine, workflow, operating system, or hardware compatibility issues;
    • internet connectivity or local technical issues;
    • inability to access files after expiration or cancellation;
    • files being updated, modified, temporarily unavailable, or removed after your subscription has ended;
    • dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference where the Item matches its description;
    • purchases made by anyone with access to your account, email, payment method, or device.

    Subscribers are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions, invoices, renewal settings, and cancellations through their account dashboard.

VII. Intellectual Property

  1. DIMENSIVA owns or licenses all intellectual property rights relating to the platform and its digital content, including 3D models, textures, materials, previews, graphics, branding, and other assets.
  2. Unless expressly permitted by the applicable License, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any DIMENSIVA content.

VIII. Privacy

  1. DIMENSIVA respects your privacy. Information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. Although DIMENSIVA uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

IX. Prohibited Conduct

  1. Users must not:
    • use false identities or misleading information;
    • impersonate another person or organization;
    • misrepresent affiliations;
    • create websites or services intended to imitate DIMENSIVA;
    • use DIMENSIVA content in any way that confuses or misleads consumers.
  2. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
    • automated downloading using scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies;
    • using Items in violation of intellectual property rights;
    • fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful use of Items;
    • unauthorized copying, publication, distribution, resale, transmission, or creation of derivative works except as permitted by the License.

X. Abuse Prevention And Account Suspension

  1. DIMENSIVA reserves the right to monitor account activity and download behavior to protect the platform, its content, and its licensors.
  2. DIMENSIVA may suspend or permanently terminate an account if it reasonably determines that the account is being used in an abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized manner, including but not limited to:
    • excessive or abnormal download activity inconsistent with normal use;
    • automated downloading or scraping;
    • attempts to build or redistribute a competing asset library;
    • account sharing;
    • unauthorized access;
    • attempts to circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions.
  3. Where reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of the platform, DIMENSIVA may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice.
  4. No refund, credit, or compensation shall be payable for any suspension or termination resulting from a violation of these Terms or any abusive use of the Service.
