I. Who is Dimensiva?
DIMENSIVA is a website where you can download 3D models on a subscription basis.
II. Definitions
Dimensiva: the website www.dimensiva.com;
Dimensiva Content: all the content you can find on the website www.dimensiva.com
Item: represents every 3D model from the DIMENSIVA website
Account: the registration of a user on the DIMENSIVA site with a name and a password
PRO Subscriber: a person who is 18 years old or older and has agreed to receive online content from the DIMENSIVA website
Member: a user with an account who has accepted the terms and conditions of the DIMENSIVA website
Privacy Policy: specifications regarding the handling of personal information applied on the DIMENSIVA website
License: the terms and conditions for using the Items from the DIMENSIVA website
Browsing: an activity that can be carried out by any person who is 13 years old or older on the DIMENSIVA website.
III. How to become a subscriber
2. Every real person who is interested in receiving content/news from the DIMENSIVA website can register with their personal email on DIMENSIVA.
3. Every real person who wants to be a PRO subscriber needs to be 18 years old or older. If you are under 18 years old, you’ll need to use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, and this adult will be responsible for all your activities.
4.The principal responsibility of a PRO subscriber is to give true, accurate, and complete information when subscribing and to keep this information up-to-date (including a current email address).
5. The subscription is not transferable.
IV. How to download a product
6. To download a product from the DIMENSIVA website, you’ll need to be a registered member.
7. To become a registered member, you need to create an account with a username and password and select a subscription type.
8. By downloading a product, you’re not actually acquiring ownership of the item itself, only the license to use it.
9. The principle of license usage will be considered only if the 3D model has been downloaded.
10. As a subscriber, you benefit from account support, fraud protection on the website, quality control, and other related services.
V. Transaction as a subscriber
11. The methods of payment for the subscription are via PayPal or card. You may be required to pay a handling fee.
12. In the event that you choose to pay monthly and that payment fails to occur, we may immediately suspend your subscription until payment has been made. If we suspend your subscription, your rights under these terms will also be suspended.
13. The conversion of all currency conversion costs for your DIMENSIVA subscription cannot be controlled by us, because your financial institution handles the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees.
14. When you subscribe to DIMENSIVA, you promise that you understand what you can and cannot do with your downloaded items in accordance with the license.
15. The final prices and fees are inclusive of relevant transactional taxes (such as VAT).
VI. Refunds and Cancellations
16. Because we offer online content, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchased subscription unless we have made changes to these terms.
17. There is no obligation for us to provide PRO items or a refund in situations like the following: you have changed your mind about your subscription, you use different software, you subscribed by mistake, you forgot or did not know that the recurrence was checked, you have internet connection problems, you can no longer access your desired items because they are corrupted, missing, incomplete, have been removed from the DIMENSIVA website, or cannot access them after your PRO membership has expired. (We advise you to download and check the desired items during the available times of your subscription. We will update corrupted/missing/incomplete files directly on our website as soon as possible and never via emails.).
VII. Intellectual Property
18. We own all the 3D content from DIMENSIVA website, including 3D models with textures and materials.
19. It is forbidden to copy, distribute, modify, or make derivative works of any of our 3D content or use any of our intellectual property.
VIII. Privacy and Confidential Information
20. We respect your privacy. When you become a subscriber, you will provide us with some information. To learn more about how we use this information, please read our Privacy Policy.
21. Your provided information is confidential, and we are responsible for protecting it. While we take reasonable steps to preserve the security of your information, you should be aware that we cannot guarantee that your use of DIMENSIVA 3dmodels will be confidential, and we cannot promise that any information you provide to us will be perfectly secure.
IX. Prohibited Conduct
22. DIMENSIVA, as a community, is based on a healthy working environment. Therefore, it is normal to expect normal and decent conduct. We will not tolerate false email addresses, impersonation of others, misrepresentation of affiliations, or the use of information gathered from DIMENSIVA in a way that may confuse or mislead consumers (for example, using the information to set up a website that looks like this website and has the same content).
23. It is prohibited to use scripts to automatically mass-download content.
24. It is prohibited to use DIMENSIVA Items in a way that violates intellectual property, or that is fraudulent, obscene, unprofessional, offensive, or defamatory.
25. Modification, reproduction, display, publication, distribution, copying, transmission, performance, creation of derivative works, transfer, sale, or resale of any information, content, or Item obtained from or through DIMENSIVA is not permitted, except in accordance with these terms or the license for the Item.
